Lorenzo Berti ("Developer") built the ShiftBench app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided free of charge and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
The ShiftBench application is designed to read and display NMR spectroscopy files (such as Bruker, Varian, and JCAMP-DX formats). All files opened through the app are processed exclusively locally on your device. No files, spectra, or scientific data are uploaded to external servers, stored in the cloud by the Developer, or shared with third parties. Your research and data remain strictly confidential and confined to your smartphone.
ShiftBench does not collect, store, or share any personal information, usage data, analytics, or crash logs. The application operates entirely offline regarding telemetry: no third-party tracking services, analytics tools, or crash reporting frameworks are integrated into the app. No diagnostic data or device identifiers are ever collected or transmitted.
ShiftBench requests access to files (Storage/Files and Media Contents) solely to allow the user to select, open, and view their own NMR files. No other use is made of the files present on the device.
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
